Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities in frontier technologies
- Design organizational adaptation strategies for workforce transformation in 2026
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) required
- Experience developing C-suite-level strategic recommendations
