Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design and facilitate future-proofing workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and scenario analyses for long-term planning
- Drive cross-functional innovation projects with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision insights to stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
