Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 market landscapes using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biometric interfaces)
- Author annual Horizon Scan Reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and human-AI symbiosis
- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums and patent strategy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2020+ trend analysis experience
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate adaptation strategies, and neuro-ergonomics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership on 4th industrial revolution implications
- Experience with quantum computing or bio-interface technologies preferred
