Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Build predictive models for societal shifts and their impact on business ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to identify patent-worthy breakthrough opportunities
- Present futuristic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption of emerging technologies in global markets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/futurism publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ trend-to-product success stories
