As a pivotal member of our Future Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to build roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You'll influence product development, investment decisions, and corporate strategy while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product roadmaps and business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable projects
- Produce visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite and investor audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-focused solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech planning
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, spatial computing)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
