- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on metaverse, AGI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2030+ human needs and market demands
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech deployment
- Build scenario models for climate resilience and digital transformation megatrends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Causal Layered Analysis
