Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-year technological and societal transformation
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
