Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-engineering) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive innovations
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and predictive market models
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate vision with future trends
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate-tech, neurotech, or space economy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
