Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts impacting industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies in corporate environments
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
