Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological convergence points
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Architect 'future-proof' business models incorporating quantum computing and neuro-interaction paradigms
- Facilitate cross-generational strategy workshops bridging Gen Z, Millennial, and Boomer perspectives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Drive sustainability transformation initiatives achieving carbon-negative operations by 2026
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using predictive analytics and scenario planning tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent from recognized institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 innovation strategy implementations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 5+ continents
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Foresight Platform, Kumu, or Trend Hunter
