Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports predicting disruptive inflection points
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neuro interfaces, quantum AI)
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab partners
- Present strategic futures to global stakeholders at Davos-style forums
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' tech symposium
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (show portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology preferred
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in at least 2 major languages (Mandarin/Spanish advantageous)
- Experience with Delphi forecasting methods and Monte Carlo simulations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ realized future-vision projects
