Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3+ breakthrough initiatives annually
- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor next-gen futurists and establish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite foresight roles
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
