Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable systems for 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Lead agile development teams in rapid prototyping of next-gen AI models and IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into production-ready solutions
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging paradigms like edge AI and blockchain 3.0
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record shipping production systems handling >10M concurrent users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on emerging technologies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with cross-continental development teams and agile methodologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
