- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into product roadmaps
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and oversee R&D partnerships with academic institutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of 12 specialists in emerging technologies and scenario planning
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., published in IEEE or Nature)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
