Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning for global tech disruptions and market transformations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies (preferred)
