Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design human-centered solutions for sustainability, AI ethics, and digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI tracking for experimental initiatives
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CPSI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in English with strong cross-cultural communication abilities
