Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030

- Curate and analyze global data streams to identify early signals of transformational change
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information
- Track record of translating foresight into tangible business strategies and KPIs
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
