Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum-AI convergence projects
- Architect ethical frameworks for neuro-interfaces and biometric augmentation
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence for exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Host futurist workshops with C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for emerging tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation with exponential technology exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization success stories
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with venture capital innovation due diligence processes
