Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Design and facilitate future-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams to generate breakthrough concepts
- Author high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
