Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI autonomy, quantum integration, and climate-resilient systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with 2026 market forecasts
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships for emerging tech ventures
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and engineers
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech forums and publish industry-shaping white papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ technology horizons (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech adoption curves
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
