Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation labs focusing on quantum applications, climate resilience, and neurotech integration
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 technology adoption and societal impact
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and policy advisory
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused frameworks
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, resource scarcity, AI governance)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
