Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-forward strategies into corporate vision
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor pitches and white papers
- Curate annual 'Future Now' symposium featuring global thought leaders
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually in emerging domains
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon Labs' Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech integration
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network connections with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or equivalent institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture or Neural Interface Design
