- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into commercial offerings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary strategies to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for 2026+ implementations
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for high-impact innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling cross-functional teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Portfolio of launched products/services with >$100M market impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD)
