- Analyze future trends to identify $100M+ market opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Curate quarterly 'Future Horizons' thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/services
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futuristics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
