Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead quantum computing, biotech, and neural interface research initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and DARPA
- Present findings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M annual innovation incubator budget
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Author white papers on emerging tech disruption patterns
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or equivalent expertise
- Published author on exponential technology trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
- Track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ revenue
- Deep knowledge of quantum AI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Experience with venture capital investment processes
