Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include 3+ validated trend forecasts)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation leadership in tech, sustainability, or social impact
