As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leads, and industry disruptors to translate foresight into actionable plans. You'll leverage cutting-edge scenario modeling, market intelligence, and cross-cultural analysis to navigate the complexities of tomorrow's landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce high-impact futures reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies, socio-economic shifts, and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-oriented solutions and business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities including training programs and digital toolkits
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) strongly preferred
