Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or similar high-performance languages; experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex, mission-critical systems.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and drive innovation in uncharted territories.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
