Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Oversee pilot programs for next-generation technologies with measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management a plus
