Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for 2026-era tech ecosystems (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized networks
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive technology infrastructure
- Mentor specialists in generative AI ethics and human-computer symbiosis
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
- Translate futuristic concepts into MVPs using low-code/no-code quantum platforms
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous system ethics and safety
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record shipping quantum/AI prototypes with measurable societal impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or quantum cryptography
- Deep familiarity with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and ASIL-D safety standards for autonomous systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on human-machine collaboration models
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
