Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI frameworks for 2026 deployment across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-entangled machine learning models
- Secure $10M+ in federal grants for autonomous cognitive system research
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on DARPA-funded human-AI symbiosis projects
- Develop patent-pending neuro-symbolic algorithms for ethical AI governance
- Present findings at World Economic Forum summits and IEEE conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in our FutureAI Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years R&D
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in tensor processing units and neuromorphic hardware
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in government research grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers across 3 continents
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
