Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic AI roadmap aligning with global technological trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (autonomous agents, neuro-symbolic integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum ML, bio-AI, edge computing) and assess commercial viability
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders in Fortune 500 partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 7+ years of AI strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and human-AI interaction paradigms
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or equivalent industry impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
