Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to align AI deployments with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt compliance strategies
- Create educational materials for internal teams on responsible AI practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy development
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) preferred
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical analysis in multinational contexts
