Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency frameworks
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google's AI Principles or Microsoft's Responsible AI)
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
