Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable infrastructure capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond, integrating next-gen AI models seamlessly.
- Lead the technical strategy for transitioning legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Autonomous Agents) and evaluate their potential for integration into our product suite.
- Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that align with business objectives and futuristic trends.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all distributed environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of Microservices, Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or a strong grasp of theoretical physics applied to computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing large, distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
