Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain precise inventory records through real-time data entry
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
