- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members during peak operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow for 10 PM - 6 AM shift efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Train staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven night shift leadership background
