Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for same-day shipping to NYC clients
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with clear labeling and safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid NY driver's license a plus (not mandatory)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Brooklyn facility
