Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ weekend warehouse staff with real-time performance coaching
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems and automation technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for same-day delivery operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Manage weekend inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Expert proficiency with WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
- Excellent Spanish/English bilingual communication skills required
