Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and process incoming shipments with speed and accuracy
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Prepare shipments for delivery by packaging and labeling
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Forklift certification a major plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to North Fresno facility
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
