Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for 200+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure including AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system outages
- Train staff on new software and hardware implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and network troubleshooting
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize complex tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
