Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience
