Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment according to safety standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track package movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
