Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move stock.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with zero errors.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure a safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are a must.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
