Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities during the weekend shift to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies using our SAP system.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of pallets, racking systems, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift leads to ensure seamless handovers of inventory and tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous warehouse experience, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but training is available.
- Demonstrated ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
