What You'll Do:
Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily inventory audits and cycle counts accurately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if necessary).
