Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows during the night shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to facilitate a seamless handover of operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards and improve efficiency.
- Manage and resolve minor operational issues with minimal supervision.
- Assist in training new hires on night shift procedures and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or logistics certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is highly desirable.
