Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, scan barcodes, and update inventory records in the WMS system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
