Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with high accuracy to maintain stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided for the right candidates).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Assist in quality control checks before shipment to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning systems and data entry.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
