Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing items meet our high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
